The Assistant Project Manager assists with responsibilities including, but not solely limited to construction, remodeling, and miscellaneous CapEx projects for all projects assigned to their Project manager. The Mall Relations Coordinator is a dual-purpose role. First, is to provide outstanding customer service and organize memorable events that meet quality expectations at the Cross County Mall. The second is to serve as a support position to assist in the growing number of 3rd party tenants that we have in our real estate portfolio.

The Architectural Designer is directly involved in the design phases of all Rural King projects.  This includes but is not limited to corporate design, store layouts, and assistance with preparing bid packages for the construction team.  The Project Architect will constantly look for ways to improve design flow and value engineering to maximize profitability, ensuring the field teams are provided with tools to successfully complete projects.
