What You’ll do


As a Contract Management Administrator, you will be working with the Legal Team to negotiate, organize, manage, review and revise contracts as well as track all aspects of contract management within the organization.

 

  • Oversee contract development, including examining terms and conditions.
  • Organize and manage contracts including vendor agreements, service contracts, NDAs, and other commercial and real estate agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
  • Maintain documents through the contract management system and tracking key dates.
  • Develop a deep understanding of products and services to confidently address inquiries, provide accurate information, and offer suitable recommendations.
  • Apply a positive and enthusiastic approach while maintaining professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
  • Work alongside a team of talented professionals who are passionate about their work and strive for excellence every day.

Essential Qualities for Success

 

  • At least 2-5 years of contract experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn various Contract Management Systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas, instructions, and information clearly and concisely.
  • Experience in working with complex data or documents, carefully examining details, and verifying information for completeness or correctness.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills to negotiate and influence stakeholders’ at various levels in the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Contribute to the decision-making process by actively participating in discussions, providing insightful input, and challenging ideas constructively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and address issues, minimizing potential delays or disruptions.
  • Demonstrated willingness to take on new responsibilities, tasks, and projects demonstrating a proactive approach to learning and growth.

 

Physical Requirements 

 

  • Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.
  • Capability to lift 15 pounds periodically.
  • Ability to navigate and access all facilities.
  • Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices.
  • Close vision for computer-related activities.

The pay range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 annualized and is bonus eligible. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs.
