You’ll maintain accurate asset records, manage stock levels using seasonal metrics to prevent stockouts, and process requests through the Service Desk. • Triage procurement and allocation requests via the ticketing system; update asset records based on work orders/spreadsheets, and coordinate fulfillment and shipping.
  • Monitor on-hand counts, set minimums/reorder points using seasonal demand (e.g., peak retail periods), and deploy/charge assets to locations to maintain healthy stock levels.
  • Produce monthly inventory spend and variance reports (by store/region and category); reconcile POs/invoices with AP and provide documentation for audits.
  • Serve as the primary contact for asset/inventory inquiries; provide friendly, timely support during allocation, replacement, and repair cycles.
  • Support related operational tasks as needed; follow Rural King standards for professionalism and data security.
