What You’ll Do

The Project Manager will lead technology-driven initiatives that support both company-wide and digital commerce objectives. This role bridges technical and business teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with strategic goals. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment where technologies and project focus areas may vary based on business priorities.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT and digital projects, from planning and requirements through delivery and stabilization.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners to define project scope, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and progress tracking using project management tools such as Jira.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams—including internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and technical resources—to ensure successful integrations and deployments.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, communication plans, and executive reporting.
  • Support testing, validation, and post-deployment review to ensure system readiness and business alignment.
  • Collaborate with technical leadership to identify process improvements and scalability opportunities.
  • Use discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
  • Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support to others, assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.

Essential Qualities for Success

 

  • 3–5 years of IT or digital project management experience in a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience as or in close collaboration with a Product Owner.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or equivalent).
  • Understanding of enterprise-level platforms such as ERP, Order Management, Commerce, Middleware, or PIM systems (specific technologies may vary).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate distributed delivery teams.
  • Business-process-oriented mindset focused on driving measurable results
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to effectively resolve conflicts and address challenges that may arise in relationships.
  • Ability to identify and address deviations from an established process.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.

The pay range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 annualized and is bonus eligible. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs.
