The Real Estate Coordinator is an impactful role for RK Real Estate and Development, responsible for providing support for leadership roles to enable organization and efficiencies for long-term growth. This individual will partner with key stakeholders including senior management.

 

JOB DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Actively participate with the team on companywide and/or cross-functional projects and initiatives to align with company objectives
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of Real Estate shows, including travel arrangements, booth setup and registration, coordinating meetings, marketing, etc.
  • Act as administrative support for Mattoon Sports Complex, Inc., including, but not limited to, updating all reporting for the Board of Directors, tracking and paying all bills, tracking and completing all compliance reporting requirements, scheduling meetings, taking minutes in Board of Directors meetings
  • Manage, monitor and update marketing avenues for all properties
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage president’s email, and setup and manage calendar
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, and reports
  • Handle confidential information in a professional manner
  • Manage and distribute correspondence as needed
  • Take minutes during meetings and follow up on deliverables
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • May be required to cross train and perform other duties

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 1 year of relative experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Proficient computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite, or related software
  • Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient
  • Strong work ethic, highly organized, results-driven, with great verbal and written communication skills
  • Have a constant improvement mindset and expect a high level of excellence

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Good visual acuity and ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.

The pay range for this position is $20.00- $25.00 per hour and is bonus eligible. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs. Eligible associates may also receive overtime pay in compliance with applicable laws.
