The Real Estate Coordinator is an impactful role in the company responsible for providing support for leadership roles to enable organization and efficiencies for long-term growth. This individual will partner with key stakeholders including senior management.

JOB DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
 Actively participate with the team on companywide and/or cross-functional projects and initiatives to align with company objectives
 Provide execution support and tracking on projects, specifically for the Construction Department
 Enter and keep track of construction project invoices to provide real time paid to date information
 Be the primary accounts payable function
 Manage and distribute correspondence as needed
 Make travel and accommodation arrangements
 May be required to cross train and perform other duties

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
 At least 1 year of relative experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
 Proficient computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite, or related software.
 Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
 Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient
 Strong work ethic, highly organized, results-driven, with great verbal and written communication skills
 Have a constant improvement mindset and expect a high level of excellence

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
 Good visual acuity and ability to communicate effectively.
 Ability to lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 30 pounds and
 Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
